Chattermill offer a unified customer experience analytics platform, enabling companies to analyse customer feedback at scale and working predominantly with enterprise-level B2C companies. 

The Challenge ‍

With a small People team of 2 in place and a relatively fresh leadership team, the ask was to help build out a people function fit for the future + to support their internal team. We started a 4 day/mth retainer with a deep dive discovery + roadmap build. This uncovered that the team weren’t clear on the vision or what their future looked like at Chattermill, along with a need to define the leadership role and work on how we communicate. ‍

The Solution

Working with the Co-Founders + leadership team we ran workshops to define the mission + vision of the company which was launched at a company-wide offsite. We also designed + delivered a project to define a leader profile for use in development conversations + hiring. This included 1:1 sessions with all leaders to self-assess against the profile + drive change in their areas for development. Alongside this we worked with the People team on Onboarding +  Internal comms projects, continually looked for opportunities of efficiency gains in people operations and mentored + coached the People Partner. ‍

The Results ‍

On wrapping up our partnership we re-ran the engagement survey and saw a whopping increase of 19% in engagement overall, >20% increases in understanding the vision + seeing a future at Chattermill and increases across every other section of the survey.
