THE CONTEXT & THE CHALLENGE:

Given their size, the PerchPeek team realised that hiring a senior People person would be a vital part of scaling successful + sustainably, especially given them being a completely remote team. After some time trying to hire for this role themselves, we came in to work directly with the founders, not only to retro the previous process, but also to completely redesign the role, spec and process, to help them understand better and subsequently test for what really matters in the best way possible. The result? I very exciting new Senior People leader for their lucky team!

  2. Redesigning the role DNA, job spec, interview process and materials
  3. Advertising the role to our network; applicant sourcing, review and communication
  4. Attending final stage interviews and facilitated decision making huddle
