With people in multiple European markets, they are an international “pack” (team), who are growing at a fast pace and remain bonded by their love of pets and their commitment to a wider purpose with charity and sustainability at its core.

The Challenge 

In early 2020, Edgard & Cooper aimed to double its turnover and increase its team size by >50%, including further internationalisation of their team. 

Their people challenges were becoming more complex, and as a business built around an incredibly vibrant culture, the founders wanted to benefit from external expertise to bolster their internal People Team and ensure that scalable people + culture practices were in place to enable sustainable growth.

The Solution 

Unleashed have been able to provide a combination of strategic advice to solve live people + culture challenges, and hands-on support to build the philosophies + frameworks that allow E&C to scale their business and culture now and into the future.

Working collaboratively with the HR Manager, we have implemented a new performance enablement approach, supported by Lattice, and designed a pay philosophy + framework to provide a consistent approach to compensation as E&C scale.
